Rafael Rangel, Managing Partner
Rafael collaborated as an international executive for 15 years. He led investment and portfolio management strategies in Mexico and the USA for Institutional Investors and Private Banking. Rafa has dedicated the past 10 years to his family office based out of Houston TX, allocating investments in Real Estate Multifamily Apartments and Financial Instruments (Stocks, Bonds, Futures and Derivatives). He is Co-founder and Managing Partner at CIRCULO Capital LLC. Rafa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Business Administration from University of Kansas, an International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a CFA Charter. Rafa represented Mexico in the Pan American Games and retired as an ATP tennis player in 1994.
Luis F. Rodriguez, Managing Partner
Luis Felipe has 23 years of experience as an international executive in Financial and Telecom organizations. He has been an entrepreneur in the eBusiness and Real Estate Multifamily Investment sectors. Luis began his career as Stock Analyst, held executive Positions in eBusiness and Mobile and became CEO of a Digital Payments JV of BBVA and Telefonica. Luis was General Manager for Western Union in Mexico and relocated to Denver CO to manage WU’s Retail business in the US as well as Transformation, Growth and Innovation initiatives globally. He is Co-founder and Managing Partner at CIRCULO Capital LLC, holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Tecnologico de Monterrey, an Executive Degree in General Management from IPADE and an Executive Program in Blockchain Technologies from MIT.
